Images used for model improvement
Prediction results + confidence scores
Labeled samples and training data

2. Data Usage Purposes

Operation of mushroom identification feature
Performance and reliability improvement
Error analysis and user experience enhancement
Machine learning model training (with explicit consent)

3. Data Transfer and Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party service providers for hosting, crash reporting, and usage analysis. These providers operate in accordance with data security protocols.

Service examples that may be used:

Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, logging)
Crashlytics (application errors)

These services can only receive data within the scope of technical requirements and cannot perform actions on behalf of users.

4. Photo Processing and Storage

            Photos used for instant predictions are processed but not permanently stored unless the service requires it.
Images provided with explicit consent are stored for training purposes for a maximum of 24 months.
If requested by the user, photos and all personal data will be deleted.

        

5. Data Deletion and Request Process

Users have the following rights:

✔ Learn details of stored data
✔ Withdraw explicit consent

Deletion requests submitted to the contact address will be processed within 30 days. Identity verification may be requested for security purposes.

EXIF/GPS removal (if applicable)
Server security and log audits

7. Children's Privacy

The application is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. If data from users under 13 is inadvertently processed, it will be deleted upon parental request.

The privacy policy may be updated as necessary. Changes become effective from the moment they are published in the application. Continued use implies acceptance of the new policy.
